How do I get rid of them?
I have been rinsing with warm salt water, but is there a faster cure?

I think I have 3 in my mouth right now, they are quite painful. Suggestions?

Use Anbesol - its a mild topical anesthetic.

Or, salt on cotton/rag, scrub furiously.

Would that disrupt my gums? I had my wisdom teeth removed and I don't want anything that might slow the healing.

I got mine out today and the dentist actually recommended rinsing your mouth with salt water after the extraction. Keeps the stinking hole clean while it heals.

FFS I wish I could find a way to stop drooling. My mouth has been wide open packed with gauze for the last 5 hours.

Anbesol would be fine and would speed up healing a bit, hurts like fuck for 5 seconds then you feel almost nothing for hours.

I fucking love adblock.

But yeah, they suck. I get on average 1 every month and it lasts for 2 weeks. With braces it sucks even more cause they wont heal even if you stuff shitloads of wax into your mouth.
