Judging by those pictures I'm really not surprised. 400k for that!? Most of the place doesn't look nearly finished. Its not painted, the roof is ripped up... it just looks like it's in really poor condition. The US market must be ridiculously inflated or something because nobody here would pay anything close to 400k for that.ig wrote:

I btw sold my place today, and soon I has 55k€ to spare. Hooray for high prices! I ended up making 30k€ win-win compared to when I myself bought the place Now I need to find a new place before the end of april so I don't need to sleep in mah transportation device (Ford is not a car). Don't want to rent anything though, coz renting is for homos' und ppl with fucked up credit
