its the Win/Lose ratio of the amount of rounds you play, example: you have 60 wins and 20 losses thus counting as a W/L ratio of 3, thats the amount you need to get the ribbon after achieving every other requirement what you have right now, example: 30 wins and 30 losses, thus making the 1 W/L ratio, but you have to keep winning rounds constantly, and unfortunately, its all based on how your team does and not yourself, personally, i think the requirements for this ribbon is bad, and needs rethinking over.

Vampira_NB, you gurrently need 400 wins in a row to get this, I would try for it now if you are going to at all. I need over 1000 wins straight so there isn't even much sense in my trying for this anymore.

Weren't the reqs for this a K of 3 before 1.12? I think that was more reasonable the getting the W:L up there but K is too easy to pad for. As it sits now, this is one of the hardest things to pad for unless you are an admin or something. But all in all, I agree, the reqs need to be rethought. 3 W:L as commander or a 2 W:L overall maybe.

No i believe that it has always been a 3:1 w/l ratio.  i'm fairly certain that it was at no point a 3:1 k/d ratio.  how would your k/d ratio make you a good commander?  which is what the ribbon is mostly all about.  i really would like to be able to get this ribbon.  however i believe that it's requirements SHOULD STAY were they are.  face the fact that you just aren't going to be able to get every badge, ribbon, and medal.

Nope, I won't face that fact (at least not with the war college ribbon). I've already begun working towards it. It will just take a very, very, very long time.

i too am not prepared just yet to give up on EVER attaining this ribbon.  though it is likely out of reach as i would need to win around 1400 rounds in a row to get close to the w/l ratio.  the aviator things...well i'll likely never get  most of those...perhaps the ribbon, but definately not the medal.

i was thinking maybe scrap the ratio, because you could be a commander and be the best there is, but then theres your team, which few may ruin it all, but formaking up the no ratio with a higher IAR requirement, so much time as a commander, and a big commander point total.

I thought the 3/1 ratio was your win/loss ratio as commander.  Here's why:  The armed services have a school for senior officers called the War College.  Those attending are senior commanders of some type or another.  Therefore the ratio should be based on your ability to help your side win.  It should not be affected when your not a commander for whatever reason.

edited for grammar
