Commander Badge HELP!

Ok i have tried soooooo many times to get this. All I want is the Basic Commander Badge,

Anyone know some hints?

I know your score depends on your team and caping SPs

I just need some basic advise on how to get it. Thanks,a Commander Noob in the USAF

i got it in a 32 players server. Wake island as USMC commander. with 300+ tickets. the game last foreever so u will get it. i got my veteran badge too the same way on the same map and server.
