I'm not really sure tbh but the delivery company they use does deliver internationaly.
I would have to say you're best bet it to e-mail them, they normaly give a fast response.

I'm not quite sure how it would work to Norway, as it isn't in the EU. Ordering for the US you would have to pay import tax when the parcel gets to your country of residence; that may be the same here.
