i have a NZXT Lexa right now and it's ok but was thinking of getting something with more room in there to work. i found this company called http://www.mountainmods.com. does anyone have a case like this? how is it? any comments? The U2-UFO is huge (18" cubed)!
I don't know what you plan on putting in there but this is a pretty big case...

CoolerMaster Stackers have plenty of room. Antec 900 is overrated, you hear many people talk about how their card touches the harddrive or harddrive cage.

i guess i was looking for something just a bit different. i'm also looking for something with alot of space inside so i can flow tons of air for cooling. i'm overclocking and also running an SLI rig so it gets pretty hot. the case i have right now does not flow air very well so i have the side off and that drops the temps by probably 2-5C itself.
i was looking at the coolermaster cosmos which i think looks pretty cool. i like thermaltake feel of their cases - they feel really solid. Also i considered the zalman fatal1ty case which i really dig the build quality and anodized aluminum - very neat but too small.
so i really think i might go with the U2-UFO by mountainmods. that case has a separate chamber for the mobo than for the power supply and peripherals. There's a built-in mobo tray and cut-outs for 7 120mm fans so it should push alot of air. i wear headphones while i game so i don't care much about noise. there's a cool paint job they have also called black wrinkle cut. it reminds me of the old 1950s military style radios or computer consoles from IBM. kinda retro. plus nobody will have something like this at the lan parties. everyone has the antec or the stackers.
here's what i'm talking about: http://www.mountainmods.com/u2ufo-black … p-432.html
again, thanks for the suggestions - i appreciate you guys taking the time

Antec P182 is also highly recommended, if you aren't going to be a fancy smuck with LED lights all over the place, get the P182, it's teh sex.
It's very quiet, good airflow, it looks beautifil and it's HUUUGE and very roomy.

Remember...if you get a chassis with a top vent, be sure to cover the f*cker in a plastic bag or something before taking it to a LAN party.
