I have a solution to the world's nuclear weapon problem. Set off one nuke in a designated area, every day, until the end of time! For recreational and entertainment purposes!

I'm sure anyone who has seen videos of nuclear explosions will agree that the huge fire ball and towering mushroom clouds of a nuke are one of the most impressive man-made spectacles.

I can just picture hippies laying about in green fields chewing up blotters with mushroom clouds expanding in the distance...the irony would be prefect.

I know there will be doubters, you few fools with your theories of massive nuclear fall out and radiation sickness, but you know this is just an idea. Just think of it as a glorified fireworks display.

Stack ALL nuclear weapons onto a big pile and detonate them simultaneously!

Let's see if we can move the earth further from the sun and get some extra days per year.
(Probably not worth it though, as those extra days would be very chilly like the rest of the nuclear winter. )

better idea. It will get warmer, and the years will be shorter which automatically means birthdays and christmas more often, which also means more presents. you have my vote.
