I was looking for this post, i thought it was lost.
Anyhow, that guy that Jack was in a time loop for 5 years with came back, but found his brother Gray, and the time guy the episode before trapped them in an explosion, and at the end he gave a message saying he will tear their world apart.
Tosh gets rift activity about the city, they split up and Jack is captured and taken back to 27AD where Cardiff will be, his brother hugs him then kills him and berries (how do you spell it?) him alive, but he was found in 1901 and asked to be froze till 2008.
But not before that guy blew up the strategic routes and stuff. Gray was making him do it, he set him free and my arm hurts i hate you. Anyhow, he was set free and given one trip, he goes to 2008 in torchwood.
