No, Real BMI is calculated by measuring different folds of your body, im not 100% sure where but this test is complete BS

BMI is a terrible way to tell if someone is overweight. According to it almost all olympic athletes are obese, with the more muscular athletes rating as clinically obese

Wasit-hip ratio is infinitely better if you want a simple measure.
