I haven't played it in awhile, but now every time I want to play, the game will not open and an error pops up saying:
MSXML 4.0 is not installed correctly, it is required to run the game.

I went to the Microsoft support site, and tried everything, but still the same error.

Specs:
E6300
8800GTS 512
2gigs DDR 667
Shit OEM MB

Search for MSXML 4.0 on Google. Multiple relevant links pop up.

Its working, but the graphics do not display correctly at all. I cannot even navigate the main menu.

I have a similar problem with Empire at War. Perhaps I'll try to reinstall AoE3 to see if I can duplicate your issue, but it would be on a 6800 Ultra.
