I used to spend a lot of time playing flight simulators, so naturally I am drawn to the jets in BF2. However, there is one issue with my joystick that is just really annoying. There seems to not be any throttle sensitivity on the joystick (it is a Logitech Wingman Force 3D). Throttle is either 0% or 100%, and so I am unable to fly nicely at low/bombing speeds. I end up having to flip the throttle back and forth to achieve some sort of speed in between max and fall-to-my-death.
I am pretty sure I have calibrated correctly, and I have also searched these forums before posting but have found conflicting reports. Some said 'tough luck' and that throttle is just modeled simply, while others have said that it is joystick dependent issue.
So, any help out there? How do I get this damn throttle to mid-ranges?
Thanks for any help.
