Long story short I live with my Mum and her ex boyfriend. Me and Her are moving out in a few days and we both fucking hate this Prick. People are coming to view this house in about an hour. I live with my Mum and just to spite the Cunt I want to do something that means the people viewing won't wanna buy this shithole. I might just casually walk up to them in just underwear and say, "You know there's a leak when you have a shower and you have to put a pan on the stairs".

Ideas please.

It's complicated, but I obviously wouldn't do anything if it would harm her in any way. He'll benefit from the sale nobody else.
