I seem to have a lot of problems with clan members and servers, and judging by some of the posts in here I am not the only one. The idea behind clans makes sense, and I have seen some real good ones in action. But it just seems to me that clan servers have a lot of problems, most screen shots of cheaters are members of clans, and even when you hop in a tank or helo with a clan member in it, the person will stop and spam "get out now." There are a lot of stupid people in this game, and we all have done stupid things in this game, but why is the majority of the problems clans or clan members?
Because the idea of playing in a clan is to play as a team. When a team gets broken up because you so rudely got into 'their' chopper, it spoils it for them.
Additionally, if you're playing on a clan's server - and whether you like this or not - they have the right (and the power, no less) to ask you get out of a vehicle, or be kicked. That is their priviledge for paying for a server, unfortunately.
Don't get me wrong here: I'm not saying that the above things are good, nor do I condone these kind of actions. I'm just epxlaining the mentality behind them.

They dont have the right to kick you for anything but that which is outlined in the EA ROE. Personally I think kicking someone to obtain their vehicle should be met with a swift and hard kick in the genitals. I can deam.

Admins dont have the right to kick you if you are just using a vehicle. If a clan wants all/certain vehicles for themselves, they should get an unranked server and password it.
If you ask me, everyone that owns a copy of bf2 has the same right to use vehicles on a public server like the next man.

In my experience there are alot of clans that are full of smartasses and cocky bastards. Have absolutly no respect for public members at all. And that isnt right.
I was on the OT server one time. Some cocky little twat joined my squad, apparently mouthed off to a member in my squad. I joined his squad and asked what the fuck his problem was, he told me it was none of my f/ing buisness who he was talking to. We talked back and fourth for a second then one of the douche bags kicked me out of the squad. So I rejoined my squad. Then the little cock sucker TK'ed me a couple times being a dick. I swear, I hate it when people act tough behind a computer screen. Alot of people need their ass kicked soley by the way they conduct themselves on the internet.
Also what kills me is that it isnt always teenagers that do it, grown men (age wise) do the same shit! and its bullshit!
