Weird glitch maybe?

i finally got bf2 working again, and i went on karkand.

as i was playing, i looked down and seen a number like 307 or 296 with an m after it, so it says 307m, meaning sumthing is 307m away. but it was red, and it was in the ground. what is it?

Yes, that is a known glitch. Does it only on certain maps.

its on all of the maps i have seen it very much think it has something to do with the flying UAV

No it's out of bounds. I tried to make it there but I died when I went off the edge of the map.

Its not the distance from uav, its to lead you to the other cammanders toys (arty, uav, ect.)

Ive also seen blue on the ground.
tonites my first experience with any glitches
the red/blue numbers on the ground
weapon unlock,had the sp ops g36c unlocked at the start of the round(havent unlocked it yet)
and the funniest damn thing was a dude in a buggy ran into my tank at kubra, the buggy stopped and he kept going in the seated position.alive and moving on as though he was still seated in the buggy,
until of course I had to put him out of his misery...lmao
