It just stings a little for like...half a minute. You might get a few bruises, but trust me, it's worth it.

And no matter, what, safety is always first.

NEVER take your goggles off on the field. If they fall off (which they shouldn't), crouch down, cover your head/face, and yell for a ref.
ALWAYS have a barrel plug/condom on your marker when you're off the field. NEVER put your finger on the trigger when you're not on the field, and make sure the safety is on at all times (Except when you're on the field, of course.)

If the field you're going to is anywhere near competent, they'll drill safety into your head.

It doesn't hurt that much.

Yes, it's worth it. Note that you should fire above the target at all times as the guns you get are about as accurate as a drunk monkey trying to throw a dart.

It doesn't hurt, and I got shot in the ear. Once all the adrenaline is rushing through your body you feel nothing.

i've never really had accuracy issues with the flatline.  it helped me hit some long distance shots, although at the very end of the flight the ball does curve sometimes.  i blame that on crappy aerodynamics though and not the barrel.  it even helped me once... one of those auto-fanboys who does nothing but talk shit and laugh at the semi-autos was hiding behind a tree and laying down some paint at my cover, and i fired three shots at him.  one of the balls curved behind the tree and hit him in the neck.  pure luck but it got him to stfu...

Yea, if you tip the flatline on its side it will curve to the right or left depending on which way you turn it. I understand what you're saying about kids who's parents buy everything for them, they think the equipment makes the player, it doesn't.

Bad player + Good Gun is not a good player
Good player + Bad gun is a good player
Good Player + Good gun is unstoppable
That's why we have practices with pump guns or mechanical markers, learning to aim is much more important than rate of fire and that's what it teaches you.

yes, i started with that, which lead me to airsoft, which in turn lead me to real guns.

damn real. one of the best rushes you can get.

yes. it can be REAL expensive, but thats if you are the cool kid on the block and have EVERYTHING.

on days with a sandy vagina, it can hurt.
i use the 10/90 rule. 90% of the time you wont feel a damn thing, 10% of the time its gonna sting a little.

Thats me a few years back with my 98 custom (it has a few upgrades) and, in the leg holster, my pistol.

Now the gun has an advanced scope, laser pointer, spring bi-pod, sling, and iron sights.
Best part is that now I roll with a ghillie suit
