I clean my room every couple days. It has to be super neat. Apart from that no, no geekish moves here.

I tend to highlight text while reading it and un highlight it. I don't know why.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
I do that when it's a wall of text that I need to read or if the text and background hurts my eyes.Zimmer wrote:

Kinda common sense, not a habit.SenorToenails wrote:

I take the grip and weights out of my G9 all the time, only to put them back it.

Me too, I remember when my mom wanted me to look something up, and I kept doing that when reading the text, and she was extremely annoyed with it.Miggle wrote:

I do it with pretty much all text I read, to focus better in on it.
I also spastically highlight text, not necessarily what I'm reading, just something.
I am always hitting my sensitivity increase button on my MX518, dunno why.

I usually scroll my mouse wheel up and down really fast while I'm waiting for something to load.

i press the left click then the right click then i let go of the left then let go of the right. constantly doing that when im waiting for something.

I right click, then left click instanly, all the time pretty much. Like, before I click an icon, I have to right click the page/desktop then I can click on the icon.
Wow, same, I should've read your post first.twiistaaa wrote:

I make little boxes in Windows (click and drag on desktop) all the time.
I tend to pull my skin back from my nail, like place a finger on the mouse so the skin grabs on with friction, then push forward slightly to tighten it, then repeat in reverse to get a good balance. After 2-3 years of doing that(sm mouse) some of the textured plastic surface has been ground down and is now smooth(where my thumb rests, and between the two buttons under the wheel.)
if i press the back button on the browser, i often go to the very top of the page to click it, or before i pess backspace, its weird
i highlight text when i cant concentrate, or if theres a shitload of it
make boxes on the desktop (especially around a picture or icon so it fits in the box perfect)
and ive scratched some of the paint off my left click button
thats all i can think of for now, other than go through the bf2s forums every 17 seconds

not sure if i have any habits, but have routines and preferences. The only habit is probably biting finger nails! when we moved offices at Xmas time, the floor under my desk next to my computer was covered in finger nails. *nasty*
this office i have positioned my bin in a great place to drop the discarded nails into.

i dont get how people can do that, i find it quite dirty. i dont understand why either.
