ay!

they're phasing out the GTSes?  i have to wait until May, my birthday, for one too, or else my parents won't let me buy one.

i am thinking of having them in SLI, but if they're going to be out of stock, guess i can't, can i?  in fact, the eVGA GTS i was looking at on Newegg is out of stock.

might just be the 8800GT for me then.
Why not get a 9800GTX? They aren't that expensive.
$300 vs. $210 for the GTS and $180 for the GT is a big difference for me.
Fair enough.

You have to learn the rules of the game and then you have to play better than anyone else.

Ok then - I think I'll buy the HR03 GT then. Are there any other heatsinks that I need to buy which aren't included with it?

explain
dual card cooler that's quieter and vents out the back.  i would get a HR-03 GT or a VF1000, but they leave the hot air at the bottom of my case.
That's why I like being able to switch my case to reverse ATX.  I'm too poor to get a better cooler than stock, and if i do it probably won't vent out the back anyways.  the heat from the video card is at the top of the case with fans pulling out at the very top

Please do so, I'm getting the HR-03 Plus (GTX compatible version) and I'd like to see how much space it takes, details of it, etc.

Here you go guys.

https://515.neonatus.net/arhiv/Bad/IMG_0079.JPG

The cooler is HR-03 Plus and the card is 8800GTX. The GT version of the cooler is the same just the mounting holes are located elsewhere so for an 8800GT you will need the GT version.

w00t, so I can still have EAX with that beast

That is a 120x120x25 fan right? I think I'll just have a 92x92x25 fan, since it fits it better

Try to find 92x92x15. Since the vent will be really close to the sound card, the air flow might not be the best. A slim fan will do the trick.

I fail to find 92x92x15mm fan in any stores here

I'm thinking of getting the Vantec Tornado, 92x92x25, it might be loud as hell at 4800RPM but it should cool well, plus, I plan on connecting it to a fan controller, which will limit it to 5v.

edit: Nope, its 92x92x38, damn.
