The nutcase who killed that pregnant Marine was finally found in Mexico. They're gonna extradite him to the US at some point where he'll go on trial.

What's a shame is apparently the death sentence is off the table, because Mexico is a bunch of hippies. I'm wondering why we can't just cross our fingers behind our backs and then give him capital punishment anyways... what the hell is Mexico gonna do? Or better yet, just... 'acquire' him from Mexican authorities.

I don't know what Mexico would do. But it would just betray the trust of even more countries making future extradition impossible from countries such as Canada, Mexico and the UK.

He will be tried in a military court under military law (because he is an active duty soldier). . . . If you support the death penalty then you should be pleased. I find that the military justice system takes parasites like him and his kind VERY QUICKLY!!

If only we had more military justice hearings concerning pieces of shit like him (in civilian hearings. . . . . Appeal this you cunt!)!!

I'm willing to bet he'll be tried under both UCMJ and civil law. Just because he's military doesn't mean he's exempt from the civil authorities.
