close enough... Crysis in dx10 mode has performance bug when using crossfire but I'll give it a go anyway...

it added about 2700 points and boosted my minimum fps quite nicely.
It's not close enough! Add 5 MHz to each GPU, NAO!

Like I said, Crysis @dx10 is not very well optimized for crossfire yet. But I still managed to get following results:
Crysis @all very high 64bit 1024x768
minimum fps: 21.21
average fps: 37.35
max fps: 59.75
hoops fixed

I have 11k
Why does your friend needs to take pics? Do spend all your money on computerparts so you don't have the money for an cell-phone with camera or an cheap digital camera? Or if you live still at home: steal your parents camera

I spend the money on my car tbh. And my PC of course. I don't live at home. And my mom has old camera and my cell-phone does what it is ment to do, call and send text messages.']['error wrote:

Still, I'm amazed over how little performance it added Tri-fire is certainly not very optimized...
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
hey it is 3Dmark and it is very CPU bound.Freezer7Pro wrote:

Just tested CoD 4 At max settings and 4xAA. Beginning of map 'Chillied up'.
average fps was 121.2
with x2 only it was 80-88

overclocked GPUs gave me about 200 points more. overclocking CPU 30mhz gave me 100 points more.Freezer7Pro wrote:

Crysis bench at 1280x1024 64bit all very high with quad @3.33ghz. the previous Crysis test was done with quad @3.555ghz.
average fps: 32.36
edit: and actually the 200mhz CPU OC boosts 3dmark score by 1000 points...

When I get the E6600 from Zimmer, I think I'm better off rendering my games on the CPU rather than the graphics card (7600GS)
