Ok, i'm using firefox, and its ok for like 20 minutes, then, on here for example, ill click index, or everything else, and it'll be stuck there for ages, and its not just here, its everywhere. Now what?

Try Ping, or Tracert, or a site that tests your internet connection speed. From what you said, it seems like it is a browsing issue not an internet speed problem.
