Every homeless person simply needs to go out and blatantly kill 2 to 3 people not to include anyone affiliated with law enforcement or the judicial system. Too many more or if they are members of the denoted groups and they might get the death penalty, which would ultimately be a solution TOO ... but I'm not trying to be that morose. The individual is convicted and imprisoned for life. They are fed, cared for and enjoy an infinitely higher standard of living for the rest of their days.
As an adjunct, this idea could be made to be a state supported program and the homeless person could be given a list of known and frequently offending violent criminals as prospective targets.
I am not nor would I ever suggesting that someone actually do any of this ... that might be illegal. I am merely conjecturing. That is all.
