Yes, but a 3:1 Kill:Death ratio is not the same as a 3:1 Win:Loss ratio which is what the poster asked. I don't have the War College, but I had always understood it to require a 3:1 W:L ratio.

and you my friend should not judge me, i didnt see the win/loss en kill/death thought he posted only win/loss and the search was for the reg for the SF ribbons! and i tell him 'a noob' that he doesnt know how to use a forum ? dude just he could use the search to get an anwer for this SF ribbon question. i wasnt flaming anyone i overlooked a little detail in his post, SO WHAT ? are you the pope or something ?
