Yep, i have been reset now too ...620k down the drain I checked my server history and i realized that someone played with my account on a Pistol&Knife server. I've written an email along with some screenshots to EA support. I usually do a screenshot of my stats every other day since all this leaderboard hacking started, so lets see if that will help. Wish me luck guys
Is this thread supposed to imply that lack of customer support is unusual? The company that made the computer you play BF2 on has just as high a chance of telling you to die in a chemical plant explosion as EA.
Except when someone calls whatever computer company - let's take Dell as an example - they're generally not telling Dell to say how many people they have a better computer than, which I suspect is the root of most of this complaining, more so than bad customer service.

The attached jpeg shows my stats they way they were back when I originally opened the 1st ticket. "Reference #: 080326-003310 ". However, you still have not addressed the issue! You did not restore my "COMBAT" score the last time I was restored but now you say you are able to! WOW EA is getting better at this!!!!!!!! Another stat you can put back. Since now you are able to restore COMBAT scores, I'm curious as to what else you are able to restore? After speaking with numerous other battlefield players that have been unjustly reset it appears that this is an ongoing trend that EA is unable or unwilling to protect us from. What is to keep me from having my account reset again next week due to being PID spoofed? Restoring the Rank and a few scores is not a reasonable solution to the problem. I want my 1126 hours back! I want all my expert badges and medals back. This endless circle of resets and restores is complete bullshit! We all are paying customers and deserve a little customer service. Yet we get treated like damn stat padders and hackers! I want this ticket escalated to someone higher up than you that can actually address this issue! Alex, do not respond to me again. Have someone that is competent and has some authority respond back to me this time. I'm tired of dealing with damn tards! I am a customer not a tard wrangler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just looked at my account again and it still shows me with a Rank of private but with 150k points. Several thousand short of my actual score. My Rank is not correct and my entire account is still screwed up.

There was more then one situation where your named appears on compromised servers after the first review.
We only have the resources to restore your rank, global score, combat score, and commander score which has already been done. Other items we are unable to adjust.

Im getting the same reponse of Alex I.
we found out that during the first "restauration" they didnt fix right the combat score, so that "maybe" was the cause for the second reset

Honestly.. are you really so naive that EA will restore all your stats as they were before the stats got hacked? Shit, they would need to employ hundreds of people who would type all those shitty points for all weapons/classes etc. to do so. Even if they employ them in India it would cost them too much. Imagine how much time it would take for you to do it. You get your lost global points back at least and I think you should be happy about it as a lot of workforce is wasted for you and people like you who lost their precious stats. I bet they restore everyone's stats manually so don't expect much. They get money for ranked servers so for the time being they will at least pretend that they are trying to solve the problem. Then we get BF3.

Funny how some seem to laugh at the amount of hard work some people put into a game and then you wonder why these people are slightly pissed to see that EA and some generic posters at BF2S couldn't really give a flying fuck, i got reset for 16 million points blah blah blah and i kinda care bear and then again i couldn't give a fuck but at least show some sympathy to people who wanted to work at a game and attain the awards and ranks available.
