I am considering buying Need For Speed Pro Street.

I currently own NFS: Carbon.

Is Pro Street worth the 39.99 price tag, are there enough differences to warrant picking it up?

The NFS series isn't what I do (for racing), its more about mindless time killing and a bit of fun with the the kids.

Opinions good, bad, or indifferent are appreciated.

Highly recommend Pro Street. *searches for previous review* Off the top of my head ... worlds better in graphics, not stuck in a night setting, damage modeling is stellar, and you can tune your car to the max or just pick pre-assembled tuning kits. Oh and don't forget, it has a Stingray in it.

QFT. If you just like to race, Most Wanted is what you want. Pro Street is more technical - part wise and you have to pay to have your car repaired.

pro street was pretty good. if u got the money to spend, buy it. some of the tracks later in the game are fuckin ridiculous tho

I enjoyed Underground 2, still play it from time to time and I love Carbon, the graphics are far better, the cars are nicer, and the flexibility you have with color and tuning options are spot on imo.
