So check it, I was listening to music, all last night it was playing, I left it on (speakers / soundcard)

and I come in the morning, turn off the music, do some stuff on the comp (didnt install anything / plug anything in) and shut it down

I come home from school today and It starts fine, but I have no sound...

so I take the card out, re-seat it and then it was BSOD...

I went into safe mode (that worked) and couldnt find anything wrong

So because it asks about me installing the software, I remove the Sound card (Soundblaster Fata1ity) and it works

Im wondering if I broke it whilst removing it (it kinda got jammed and I had to tug a little, not much but its worth mentioning

So im sitting here in the quiet wondering what BF2s can tell me, do I need a new card or did something else happen?

Did you have the volume turned up in the sound settings on your computer? That always happens to me, then I realize the sound is muted.

Yeah I checked the properties, not muted and the default sound was playing through the SB to my speakers

Check if the SB is still the default device for playing sound.
