Looks good to me, but...hard drive? DVD drive? And that PSU is kinda overkill.

Yeah, would be just fine with a 500-600W well-branded PSU.

For HD I'd recommend some SMG Spinpoint.

I've got a 150gb 10krpm raptor, and a couple of 75gb drives I run in raid already. As for the PSU, I changed it to a smaller wattage.

Thanks guys, keep em coming.

looks good. Are planning on going SLI soon? Otherwise get an intel chipset, way better overclockers and cooler too.
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

Taken if you are ordering from Newegg, I'd switch the Graphics card to either
this 8800GT: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6814130318
or
this 8800GTS 512MB: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6814130337

If you want to spend that $220, GTS is pretty much better than GT.
If you want to save up, go for the stock clocked GT and overclock it yourself. It's not the best option to pay $50 for oveclock

QFT.

That card doesn't have 92% 5 egg ratings for no reason. I don't think I've ever seen that on a video card on Newegg.

Spend the extra money and get the 8800GTS. The G92 core can be safely overclocked pretty damn high on stock cooling. Not to mention that $20 is nothing compared to what you're going to get back.
