I see shit like those WBC (how dare they call themselves a church) protests and I wonder... why hasn't somebody roughed them up yet? I saw a video where the cops were required to PROTECT those dirtbags. I'd wager a pretty penny that the cops would have gladly looked the other way if they weren't forced to protect the WBC.

We could call it the Natural Selection Amendment.

You have a point, unfortunately you would have to legally define 'idiot'.  If such an ammendment passed, these idiots would go around trying to kick the ass of other, non idiotic people, cause in their minds anyone who doesn't think the way they do is an idiot.  Therefore you have just given legal protection for these idiots to cause violence as well as act like ass hats, at least until the definition of 'idiot' is legally resolved.
