I used to use the "New Posts" link up above all the time.  But after the "snags which are causing extreme server load", I couldn't.  So I patiently waited, because that day was Chuy's birthday.  And then I waited some moar.  And some moar.

Now it's just a little irritating.

"New Posts" does not work
Searching for a member's last post does not work
The "Search" function does not work, so "omg duplicate thread, SEARCH!" does not work either
The RSS feed does not work

I say: the search function was shit to begin with. Chuy and the rest should concentrate efforts on Trackr, rather than fucking around with a site that's going to be gone before the end of the year.

It's an intersting question as the Search function is a very powerful tool to help up mods... but on the other hand, I would prefer Trackr getting up and running.
