Hamas is more interested in fighting or drawing Israel into a fight. They are more interested in eliminating Israel. They are more interested in killing Israelis by rockets, suicides or kidnappings, they are more interested in keeping things unstable so they can keep the support of radicals and Islamic fundamentalists that have the same agenda. Does anyone think that Hamas is working for the legitimate cause of a Palestinian nation...hell no!!! They will do everything they can to keep this bullshit up.

It's definitely Hamas that's the problem, you don't hear of many problems in the West Bank, where they have little control

I'm beginning to think Hamas won the elections unfairly, the Palestinians can't have been this stupid to vote them to power. Then again, we voted for Labour twice, and America voted for George Bush twice too...

It is a recuiting drive.  If Hamas can keep the Pastinian people living as poorly as possible, it creates living conditions that prove to be the most furtile grounds in recruiting new suicide bombers and jihadists.  It does nto matter that they caused the shortage as long as they can point to another party as being responsible for their suffering. i.e. Isreal.

Uh, why did Hamas attack a border transfer station not a month ago then? I would assume that if they wanted fuel, they'd bring a can at least. Looks like they just went in shooting, trying to get it shut down.

I'm having a hard time believing Hamas is really as jacked up as reported.  I don't believe ANY "western friendly media" could possibly be fair and report both sides, nor do I have reason to believe they would report fairly.  Having said that, I do believe the Palestinian people love Hamas and voted for them to govern their people, and I've seen what Hamas has done for the Palestinian people..so I do believe they do hold the interest of their people in perspective.

I remember hamas not claimin the responsability of this attack and knowing how the israeli goverment is, i could be very possible that it was an accident and israel decided to blame the palestinians for the attack.  That fuel depot is very well guarded as it is on the border between Gaza and israel, i don't know how 3 or 4 palestinians managed to blow it up.

How do YOU know, personally, that it happened "as reported?"  YOu see, because I have little distrust (and for good cause) in how our media reports things in the israeli/palestinian conflict, what reason do I have to believe such conjured motives?  I have none, and I doubt highly you do.

But like you have seen people launching rockets, I too have seen bulldozers plowing over Palestinian homes.  In the pro-israeli reporting sources, that makes me realize Israel is the greater evil among the two.  Imagine if this little nationless ragtag group actually had sophisticated press and influence in world financial affairs...do you think the reports you see would be different?  I do.

A rocket came flying out of a civilian area on the path from Gaza to Israel, and Hamas regularly films themselves doing it. Must be some of that myth fake footage that the evil Israelis conjured up. Hell even the BBC, which is apparently the ultimately trusted non-bias news network, reports clear evidence that the rockets are made, and fired from Gaza by Hamas. Unless of course they came from Jordan but got caught in an unpleasant breeze blowing in from Gaza.

Didn't Jimmy Carter just go there and try to ask Hamas from shooting an more rockets...even just for one month. Of course, Hamas said no and continue to shoot rockets...probably even more today. Even Hamas glorifies their rocket launches. So I guess everyone, even Hamas is a liar when it comes to launching rockets. People here won't even believe it if Hamas says it themselves...LOL.

You obviously failed to see the meaning behind the BBC reference. And how don't 'I get' what happened? A rocket came out of Gaza, you're suggesting the media made that up. I'm supplying info based on solid evidence that this happens.

Yes very apparent that I feel Israel can do no wrong, based on, oh, two posts? Strangely these posts outline how deceptive Hamas is and that they are clearly responsible for rocket attacks. From what I've read to seem to think Hamas is some sort of Activity group for young children rather than a murderous and deceptive terrorist cell which has one sole purpose that it wishes to see through, and it ain't the well-being of Palestinians.

Use of the word 'Noob' also gave you concrete credibility I must say.
