It is rather ridiculous how much humans attribute worth to titles and land. There is plenty of land to spare for all of us.

Both the Israelis and Palestinians are guilty of letting their religions and emotions cloud the logic that would allow for everyone to simply share their resources cooperatively. It is because of this that I hold no hope of either group reaching a workable peace.

Rabin came the closest to establishing peace, but we saw what that got him.

Having title to your land means someone else can't kick you off and build their house on it.

Well, let me put it this way. If the entity holding my land was powerful enough to kill me without a second thought and other people were offering to take me in, I'd go for the offers.

Chitty nailed it... I'm not saying it's right, but let's face it... Israel could kick Iran's ass.

...now if Iran actually acquired nukes in about 10 years.... well, things might work out better for the Palestinians.

This is part of why I hope Iran gets nukes. When MAD takes effect, then Israel will properly negotiate with the Palestinians and their neighbors.

Agreed. The only way to get two sides to talk to each other, and not be dickheads, is for both of them to have nukes. We saw it with the USA and the USSR, and abit more recently with India and Pakistan
