It doesn't work anymore! Every time i try to open a picture it just says it encountered an error and needs to close with the "Send error report" message

Try reinstalling.  That will most likely take care of your issue.

Well it did install with XP so i dont know how to reinstall it

Try this.

Click on Start, Run... and type in:

    regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll

EDIT - He beat me into posting it.

damn straight i did, i actually forgot about the tab i had open for about 15 minutes
