No no I didnt pick it it came with the laptop.

Anyways its a HP laptop and its been good for about 6+ months and all of the sudden yesterday it wont connect to our wireless router. I went to command promp and asked for a ping to google and it said I a minfact connected, but when I click firefox or explorer I just get a blank browser...

Also, I tried to connect to my next door neighbors and it didnot work either, so  I think its a system problem.... or the signals just bad.

Did you do a ipconfig /all to make sure your ip addy is coming up?

Edit:There is nothing wrong with Vista.  Just takes getting used to.

lol.  You don't know how many times my wife accidently switches this off and wonders why her internet doesn't work.  Makes me laugh everytime it happens.
