If you can constantly see where he is on the map you can fly towards him from the right side without worries and always start the fight with you behind him.
I have never heard of cheats that can improve your jet's performance. The only jet-specific cheat I know of is an aimbot for the gun that let you shoot at anything regardless of your angle.
And as for this "maxing potential" bullshit.. in a fight between two of the same jets, one jet will always end up turning slightly faster unless if they are both doing a perfectly horizontal turn. Your height and angle affects your speed and how you turn. Maybe your joystick really was fucked, pilot91, but in all my time dogfighting and knowing these people I have never heard such lies about joystick tweaks, and nor have I seen it in action either.

No, the whole point of his post was to explain how 1 Vs. 1 dogfights are. It isn't a case of being up in the air and trying to find the other person, dogfights usually take place on wake airshow, you start at opposite carriers and meet in the middle of the map at about 50~ where you both pull up and do a full loop before you start, the meeting usually takes place over that wrecked ship.oChaos.Haze wrote:

OK then in "setup" dogfights, which have nothing to do with bf2 or dogfighting, you know where the enemy starts and you do a loop and then fight.
In ALL other situations having a mini map hack would help hands down.

I managed to get behind him when he was refueling, he flared, I had time to spam, and luck was on my side - he died.
Give us the same jets in a 1 Vs. 1 situation, he'd win every time. What you decide to do in a public server differs from what you do in a 1 Vs. 1. At least for me, the order in which I do things, changes.

Exactly my point was made, thanks to all who unknowingly made it. I said, and I will repeat, it IS an advantage. Now that all the "I'M SO UBERLEET IN JETS" boys have jumped and made it obvious that they are greater than hacks, still says nothing about how it is not an advantage. by the way oChaos.. aren't you that pilot who cant fly on his own? I've only ever seen you double team with oChaos.Shark with j10's on wake, or pad raping with f35b's.
