BF2S Forums Why are maps like Karkand and Sharqi so popular?

i find any map but Karkand hard to get points on. i guess its too wide spread, and enemies are everywhere instead of in alleys and such.

What i cant really understand its the lack of support to this kind of gamplay... special forces seemed to be more infantry oriented... but its boring as hell, now euroforces seems to be about chinese map and shit.. they keep showing videos of tanks, jets and choppers while in 64 map just 8 people use them i think they are missing the key picture trying to sell us stuff we dont ask for..

¿WHY THERE ISNT A INFANTRY BOOSTER PACK?

The Army nation or watever its name is of the next booster pack its about big armor battles like... yea i wanna be in an urban map with 10 tanks.. shit i think they are taking the wrong way.

For that map, I usually hop into a trusty APC, ask another friend to do the same.  We usually spawn as Engineers.  Then, we drive all over the place like a freaking Cannonball Run to cap flags and shoot at helos.

Yeah, these maps are great, but I am getting really burnt out on them.  I am diggin' Mastuur and Daqing at the moment.  And I never thought I would say it, but Clean Sweep is more entertaining lately.
