The obvious choice would be against Ramsay vs Iron Chef France. Ramsay has spent time cooking in France so Hiroyuki Sakai would be the man.

I would love to see the contest. Especially Ramsay going off at the kitchen hands for one hour.

Who do you think would win? Personally I think we must see this happen.
