Never seen one, is it a kind of grinder?
It's a very high speed rotary tool (30,000RPM) so it can cut things very effectively. It has cutting wheels (like in the picture) which are used to cut metal, plastic, wood, pretty much anything, then it has sanders, etching bits, polishing/buffing wheels, different types of stones, etc. You can pretty much do anything with a Dremel.
indeed you can.
the main application i use it for is my filework. (this has NOTHING to do with PCs.)
i use a tungsten carbide bit, and what takes most makers 3-6 hours to complete, literally takes me 10-20 minutes....granted, if i slip, i scrap a piece of steel, but the labor/time ratio is GREAT, and my hands are almost perfectly steady, so it works out.
example:
https://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f180/parkercustoms/Knives300.jpg

i use it for EVERYTHING though....and im sure you would find it really useful as well.
i have since moved on to a more expensive industrial rotary machine, but only because of daily 9-5 use.
http://www.dremel.com/en-us/Tools/Pages … x?pid=1100
this is the one i would recommend, as i had a great experience with it.

that grill would usually be held by a 250mm fan, but it won't fit with my CPU heatsink, so sticky tape to the rescue

got the same case might do the same with the cathodes at the front. i had the same problem, cpu fan being to big for the 250 side fan...so i put it on the outside and works a treat

I took the fan from the CNPS I regretfully bought and shoved it into my beloved old Freezer7Pro heatsink. The CNPS7500 heatsink is shit, but the fan is pretty decent.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

The original fan is half-dead.

Well, I don't have one of those, I don't wanna pay for one of those, and I have one of these.

Do you have to argue with everyone about everything these days? Jeez.

You did destroy the 30€ Zalman 7500 cooler to get the fan didn't you?

And when did I argue the last time? (btw I'm not even arguing)

Destroy? Gosh no. It's just to put it back togheter if I wanted to. I know for fact that this heatsink is far superiour to the Zalman one in all areas, and that with a lower-CFM fan.

I'm just saying you'd be better off selling the Zalman cooler and getting a new (same) fan so Zalman cooper heatsink doesn't collect dust in your drawer.

I tried to sell it, but there are no buyers here. Shipping it away from the island would be uneconomical, and ghetto modding is so much more fun. And I can always find a use for a huge passive heatsink.

I've got a fan in that exact spot! It's turned the other way, though, as all my intake is from the side. Works better with my Gemin.

Well, no side fans here, only 2 exhaust fans at the back and top, the intake fan you can see at the bottom of that pic, and this airflow fan (can't really call it an intake fan at it's position).
Couldn't connect it to the fan controller, since the fan is molex only and I've already used up both my switches.

The fan controller that came attached with the fan sneaks out at the 5.25 bay under the fan controller

Replace the two lower plates with net for airflow.

Now, how would I do that, I've never done some REAL case modding, would like too though.

I would also like to make a hole on my side for a 120mm fan like you did yourself

Get some net
Cut it to the height of the slots
Bend the sides to match the width
Put in place

'Nother one.

I used the crappy intel stock HSF fan for my intake fan (see OP) before I got the 120mm fan there, so I decided to put use to that old fan again.

And here is how my case's airflow is supposed to be, behold my thermodynamic calculation skill.

I glued 3 80mm fans together to make a rad. I will use tiewraps to fix them to my sidepanel to cool my CPU and GPU's by mounting it vertically. I might paint it black just for looks, now I'm waiting for the glue to dry up.

The 92mm fan that was supposed to go on my HR-03 Plus, but the HR-03 was out of stock, so I just taped the 92mm fan to the intake of my GTX until the HR-03 arrives.

Never goes above 80°C under load, 600/1000 overclock.

Might aswell make an airtunnel between the GPU fan and the rad so it doesn't let any air escape.
