How do I change my icons?

xRBLx: I've got lovely bunch of coconuts!!; +27|6626|England - Kent

Silly question I know...

However i cannot seem to change my icons due to they seem to be the wrong file type I belive?
I want to use this below pack to change my file type but it is a dock package...

If they are dock icons they are PNGs. I use Axialis IconWorkshop to make/convert images to icons. Don't use PS plugin - the result isn't very good.
