Ruining Peoples Stat Padding

God i love it, yesterday i was playing wake island and i found a couple of guys trying to knife and revive the whole round. They were easy to find since one was on my team and they fought it really far out places. I just kept popping up and shot the enemies and told my team mate to get back to the flag, he wouldnt say anything and just head off somewhere else. even tho it took time from doing normal stuff it was pretty funny since i knew how frustrated they were getting (like setting up to kill me b4 i got there) but obviously people who stat pad havent got the character of a good player and usually just destroy themselves. they left the server a couple of maps later without getting any badges. bit of a bitch but at least i got to pro long there frustration of being to crap to earn badges.

Anyone else had fun playing around with these jerks?

Back in my early days with BF2, I frustrated a stat padder and didn't even know it.

Here I was, fresh from Basic Bot Training, and I was stationed on Wake Island. I spawn and jump in a jeep with another more experienced player ... can't recall the rank ... I'm his gunner and he's gonna show me how its done (I think).

Well, he pulls down to the beach and into the water, and then yells "Get Out" ... but, I think, "Why should I get out? I'm yoiur gunner, and I'm going to cover you while you do all your l33t whooping of the enemy."

"Get Out!!!!" he yells ... then he TKs me.

What? I got fragged?

Well, I spawn again, and go to about where I thought we were ... I see him under the bridge with the jeep in the water and he's repairing it from the back seat. I think to myself, "Wow he's in trouble ... he's never going to get that jeep repaired in this situation ... and it looks like he's stuck back there." So I put him out of his misery ... mercy shot ... besides, I needed to communicate how disappointed I was in his leadership.

I had no idea he was stat padding ... didn't even know what it was at the time.

I usually just lob a grenade into the mix if i find people pulling the old Knife and revive. It usually gets the point across. Most times they just leave the server.

If i see a Jeep in the water repairing i use a APC to push it the rest of the way and it explodes. No TK.

last night i found some guys doing it at Dalian plant.
I went to see why they were together and not fighting and when i was writing "what the fuck u doing ?" suddenly i was been knifed and revived...................i was able to suicide.
I jumped to a plane and bombed the hell out of them, then i went to their only spawn left and knifed them while spawning......i was kicked in a few minutes...

I saw that in Wake on the ship, they were 4 of them shooting at each other and healing. My question is what is the benefit? Team damage is more tha healing points?

I found people doing the knife and revive on a server once. I was playing commander, so I dropped arty on them. What a waste.

I tried the arty on the engineers in the water but for some reason it was never able to kill his vodnik. That is when i tried the APC trick. I even had some guy accuse me of helping since i was an engineer also. Even though the guy i killed was in a squad by himself locked. I just finished killing the guy and I hear someone else accuse me of padding. I had to point out that I already had negative point from killing the guy 3 different times and not a single repair point. Sad thing is the padder never gave up. We killed him like 15 times and he only managed to get about 12 or 15 repairs. He tried this for 3 rounds before he left. Just find it hard to believe people waist thier time trying to beat the system. If just seems so boring when you could be out killing people. At least killing padders is fun.

Stat padders will usually split between the teams... So you have 2 USMC and 1 Mec ina an area padding... THe Mec Guy kills one of the USMC GUsys and the other USMC Guy revives em. On and aon they go. No Negative team points....

Quite sad.........

I've dropped arty on em a few times.. Once ya hit em a couple times they start paying attentionthe the FOV though.
