I love the Blutsaugher, it has got me out of a few sticky situations. The Kritzkrieg I use often now, however, no-one really appreciates the fact I can give them 100% crits for 10 seconds, so my ubercharge often sits there doing nothing. I fucking love the Ubersaw, brilliant on taking out spies, and a pretty cool taunt too (same as the normal bonesaw, just different style music)

I haven't even used it in combat yet though. Not had a chance because there are too many people playing Medic, so I only got to play as the medic for an hour or so last night.

The Blutsauger. It can take out idiot pyros so easily and I can take heavys one-on-one at medium range. The kritskrieg is rarely put to good use as you're still vulnerable and though the ubersaw is great for a quick uber at a ready in case you need to make a getaway.

the blutsauger or the ubersaw, the crit one isnt really that great, i prefer to be able to go invuln if me or the person im healing is about to die, plus they rarely realize they have the critical hit thing anyway or use it to their advantage, but it would be good if you need to take out alot of sentries or whatever
and the ubersaw is just awesome

The ubersaw is truly deserving of being called epic. I get a crazy amount of ubercharges because of it. Gotta thank Valve for giving it to me after they removed all my achievements accidentally
