Should I get this card or is there any better one for the same money?

The next best would be the 8800GTX, but that card competes very closely with the GTX anyway (but GTX has faster memory).

Get it.

You can overclock it to 8800GTX speeds. That is the best card pretty much on the market in the same price range, I'd buy it now, and wait for 9900GTS. It's supposed to be a beast.  That's the reason why im going SLI in the summer, for a possible step up to the 9900.

By the way, this is pretty much the same exact card as the 9800GTX, except for the power connectors.

I currently have the EVGA 8800GTS. It owns.

I have 2 of them and I'm reaching 9800GX2 clocks and beyond on stock cooling. Either go eVGA if you want to use the step-up program or else any other brand will do.

IMO that is the best card as far as price to performance is concerned(beats 8800gt because of superior cooler and slightly better performance at high res.).

The rumors are that nvidia will be releasing its 9900 series cards in july. If you're remotely interested in stepping up to those cards, you might want to check out the EVGA or BFG versions of this card. If not, XFX is great.

I trust you, but we were playing TF2, you could be confused while I own you.
