Try riding a skateboard of a ramp then a bmx off the same ramp and tell me which ones easier. On top of that skateboarding has many more tricks and combinations there of. Sure you have to have some huge balls to do some of the crazy jumps on a bmx but I've yet to see a person bust an insane trick over the super jump with a bmx. Basically BMX isn't on par with skateboarding...not even close.
