The Wall

Dark Side of the Moon without a doubt. Animals is my 2nd favourite.
haha, i've had this very same discussion with a friend of mine. i say wish you were here, he says dark side of the moon. the key differences between us is that he likes to smoke weed and i don't. he said dark side is a great album to get high to.
i love them both, but i grew up listening to wish you were here just a little bit more than dark side. my parents probably liked wish just a little slightly more, so they'd play it more, and it's become ingrained in me.

A Momentary Lapse Of Reason
The Wall and wish you were here are prolly the best
of course Dark side of the Moon and momentary lapse of reason are both great too
not a particular fan of Animals myself though

Amazing every1 laid off their "50" greatest hit albums ie Works/Pulse/ echoes...etc.
For those of you who have not listened to their album Obscurer by Clouds it is amazing. It not that known of an album but it is some of their best work IMO. It was created for a film while darkside was just being thought about in the back of Gilmore's/Waters mind. Great thing about it is that Waters had much more input than the album darkside. That's one thing that you failed to mention in your post. Gilmore vrs. Waters,,, Waters/Barrett =wall and earlier works. Gilmore petty much led the band from Darkside and beyond. Well anyway for my pick I would have to say Obscured by Clouds for the track "Wot's... Uh the Deal".

Back during the "UCONN stage of my life. I used to go to sleep to Animals. Pink Floyd is my all time favorite band. Ohhh many a drug and boooze in those days. When I think back I still get that feeling of that time. Young, scared, happy and lost searching. It's a rush to be back there. Pink Floyd hasn't made a bad album.
" I don't know. I guess... I guess I like them all the same. " <-------Karma to the first 10 to get that quote.

If i was stuck on a magical desert island which had an unlimited supply of electricity for me to pump into the stereo i had, then I would have to pick Dark side of the moon.
Yeah sure Wish you were here is a great album, but Dark side of the moon just offers that little bit extra over time.
