Looks like it needs to be vacuumed out. That's what I did with my old computer.
The worst part is that about half of that is dead skin and scalp flakes.

I did, howerver, vacuum the TV, as CRT TVs aren't exactly sensitive to static electricity...
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. Air compressor and blast all the dust off, not the pussy canned air shit. I use to use the gas station air but there's to much moisture in it.
