Show me a car of the same price that can do that off the showroom floor. Kthxbye.

That's what many of you fail to realize.
Really impressive pace. I've always hated how Corvettes look, though.
I would like to ride along next time they decide to put it through its paces.
Late for work again
Every day cars just don't do that, it's impressive.
I know it's a metal price for a car, but skip to 2:20 at watch.
Unbelievable 0-210mph time.

Amazing technology, but that car could look so much better without the Bugatti nose on it.
I think that front end is more functional than anything elseStingray24 wrote:

Probably so. The thing already has 10 radiators to keep a W16 engine cool.
But gimme a Vette, then I can have a really fast car and still have 1.1 million left for buying other cool stuff.

Vette power!
I can't believe that the idoits at GM would allow other vehicles, and a BUS on the test facillity track at the same time that they are topping out a 200+ MPH car. Nothing like putting people in more danger than they need to be. Although I'm sure that they are phenominal drivers, it's stupid to allow that. Nice car, but unfortunately, there aren't many places in the US to hit 200+ legally. Even if you found an open road, the distance covered would be insane in a very short time, plus you have to deal with the chances of wildlife. I'm sure that an armadillo would total a Vette at over 200 mph, lol.
Yeah, at this performance level, form has to follow function, unless you want something unnecessary to make the car unstable.jsnipy wrote:

This test track was in Germany, owned by Mercedes. http://www.satellite-sightseer.com/id/4788 It would likely be difficult to ask that a track that large be cleared for only one car.howler_27 wrote:

I so need to move out west when I finally get a fast car.
Any car can go fast in a straight line but there is no car that can surpass a Nissan GTR in performance off the showroom floor for under 80k.Stingray24 wrote:
