Set admin privledges?
PB isn't allowed to set up on his machine with his current user rights. I think.

If he is using Vista he may need to set the game itself to recognise his administrator rights. Can't remember how my mate fixed his but if you google it you should be able to find a fix. It's not a user profile thing, it is actually a setting within the game itself that needs to be set to recognise that he has administrator rights. It is not the default setting. (vista sux balls).
