My best:
It was at tennis practice. I had just hit a volley, and my tennis coach said in his Scottish accent:
"Your balls are too soft. You have to keep your racquet higher and firmer."
That's what she said!

The US version may not be the same or what ever (never seen original TBH) but it is still amazingly good. I do agree we fuck most things up, our version of top gear will likely be amazingly bad... But some how they pulled of the office very well.

Not quite a "thats what she said" But along the same lines so I'll throw it in there...

At a bar with a few friends and a girl who has spent some time as a bartender. I was pouring my beer into my glass, and since it is a beer that doesn't have much head at all I poured it straight into the glass. This particular beer will have just a nice small amount of froth with a genital pour straight into the center of the glass

She saw and and started to tell me to pour it down the side of the glass, so that it would have no head at all...

So I got to bust out with the "Well, maybe I would like to get at least a little head?"

Another one, yet not a "TWSS" moment.
My friend had just given me a piece of gum for part of my sandwich. As we walked to the cafeteria, one of my other friends was all like,
"Hey, where did you get that gum?"
My friend said:
"He gave me part of his sandwich, and I gave him some cum."
He meant to say 'gum' but...
