At work I use XP Pro for user desktops, Server 2003 for..the servers (duh!), and a mix of UNIX and Linux for other apps.

Since you were asking about work operating systems, you probably should have included MS server operating systems.
XP 64 for games, photoshop and shit.
Ubuntu for work.
