Anyone I can e-mail to reset a buggy achievement?

So one of the medic achievements I need is the one where you ubercharge 10 of your steam friends. I've already done this, and the counter says 10/10, but no achievement. Is there someone at valve I can e-mail to get this single achievement fixed or reset?

Judging by the Steam forums, a LOT of people are having trouble with that achievement as well. It doesn't work properly.

Valve's answer to any stat reset question s just now is that they're not resetting anything just now, and arent planning on it.

There were similar problems with the original 17 achievements as well. There was a way to reset the counter on them so that you could get the 10 again and it would work. You just delete 2 files in the TF2 folder. However it resets all counters.

Yeah, I got it when I didn't even uber 10 ppl yet, I got it when one of my friends ubered me. I already ubered 9, so I guess it's about at the same time.
