Not got Vista, so dunno if it's got protection, but, in general, any CD/DVD copying software should do the trick. Alcohol, Nero, summat else, it's your choice.

Windows discs have zero copy protection as the protection is in the license key.
Also aside from Ultimate which has both, you can activate Vista in 32-bit or 64-bit with your key, you just need the right disc.
