Valves video stress test

1680x1050 filtering -16x AA -16x everything full       107 fps average

1680x1050 filtering -16x AA -4x everything full         109 fps average

1680x1050 filtering -trilinear AA -None everything full 108 fps average

1280x768 filtering -16x AA -16x everything full           106 fps average

VERTICLE SYNC IS OFF

i havent bothered running it yet... but theyr all similar despite the big changes

I think its your drivers then. Install a beta driver or an older one.

Download the OpenAL installer from the attachment at the bottom. 3DMark should run after doing this, I had the same problem with it on Vista.

The fact your FPS is the same even with different settings could indicate a bottleneck, probably your CPU from looking at your specs. I had the same thing on Crysis, FPS was always the same no matter what settings I tried. Upgraded the CPU (weakest component) and the problem was sorted.
